What to Expect

I mentor perinatal parents to confidently breast/chest feed their infants by honoring baby-led feeding and emphasizing their self-care to minimize stress, fatigue, pain, and other infant feeding issues during the first year. Unlike conventional advice and recommendations that do not account for the hunger and fullness cues from the infant and the individual unique needs of the breastfeeding mother and baby, I help my clients learn how to connect with their baby uncovering their inner wisdom while building trust in their ability to feed, nurture, and care for both themselves and their child.

Many parents have shared with me. “I wish we had met you before baby was born”

Breastfeeding or chestfeeding (bottle) is the single most powerful and lifelong health choice you will decide for your child.

The truth is breastfeeding may require some work and preparation. It can be painful, confusing, and exhausting. Too often, personal advice comes as misguided support and often derails your confidence and infant feeding efforts.

The simple fact is that the first hours and first two weeks after birth are CRITICAL to establish a pain-free, successful infant feeding for the first year.

Your breastfeeding experience will be as unique as your pregnancy, birth, and child. Being prepared and support is ideal.

You can enjoy calm, confident, and pain-free breast/chestfeeding.
